Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026. By purchasing a MemRigDMA licence you agree to the terms below.
1. What you're buying
You are purchasing a limited, revocable licence to use MemRigDMA software on a single PC. Your key is bound to the hardware identifier (HWID) captured on first launch. Sharing, reselling, or publishing your key or the software is prohibited and results in revocation without refund.
2. Single-PC binding & transfer
Your key binds to the first machine that launches it. If you change PCs, open a support ticket on the MemRigDMA Discord and staff can clear the HWID so your key re-binds to your new machine. This is our primary customer support operation and is handled manually.
Licences are time-limited from the point of redemption (e.g. 7 Days, 30 Days) unless sold as Lifetime. Your key stops working automatically once the timer ends.
3. Refund policy
No refunds are issued once a key has been redeemed. Once a key is bound to a Discord account (redeemed) the licence is consumed and there is nothing to return — this is standard for digital software licences.
- Unredeemed keys — if you bought a key but haven't redeemed it, contact staff within 48 hours of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Redeemed / HWID-bound keys — non-refundable. HWID binding is itself the way we verify you're the owner; a bound key is tied to your machine.
- Chargebacks — any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate revocation of your key and a permanent ban. If you believe a charge was an error, contact staff before disputing.
- Service failure — if the software is genuinely broken or unavailable for an extended period for your purchased tier, we will provide a pro-rated replacement licence or credit at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the software. You agree not to use MemRigDMA to violate the terms of service of any game or service, and you accept that your in-game account may be actioned by the relevant developer or anti-cheat. MemRigDMA is provided for authorised testing and personal use only where permitted.
5. Availability & revocation
Access is time-limited per your chosen tier (e.g. 7 Days, 30 Days) from the point of redemption, or Lifetime where sold. We reserve the right to revoke any licence for breach of these terms, chargeback, or suspected fraud, with immediate effect and no refund.
6. No warranty
Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of game accounts, saved data, or profits.
