Can I get a trial key?
Trials are for verified community members only, granted at staff discretion in the Discord. No public free trials — DMA licences are time-limited and cheap enough that a trial isn't worth the abuse.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards and crypto via our checkout. Cards are processed through our payment provider. If a processor flags a payment on our side, the Discord is the fastest way to sort it.
I just purchased — where do I download the product?
Your licence key arrives in the purchase email. Head to /account, log in with Discord, redeem the key, then the loader (downloadable from the store) pulls the signed build automatically and verifies it before it runs.
How does key redemption work?
One-time. A key is bound to a single Discord account when you redeem it, then to a single hardware ID (HWID) when your loader first launches. After that it's tied to your machine — that's the anti-sharing lock.
What if I change PC?
Open a support ticket in the Discord. Staff clear your HWID so your key re-binds to your new machine. This is manual and handled by a human on purpose.
Is DMA actually safe from anti-cheat?
No software cheat is 100% safe forever. What DMA does is make you dramatically harder to catch by never running on the scanned system — nothing is injected, nothing touches the game process. We ship updates fast when anti-cheat changes, and the auto-updater pushes them straight to your loader.
Do you give refunds?
No refunds once a key is redeemed — the licence is consumed the moment it's bound. Unredeemed keys within 48h of purchase can be refunded or exchanged. See Terms & Refunds for the full policy.
